REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only offered if an item arrives damaged.
To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of deliver and provide:
Clear photos of the damaged item
Order details (name or order number, and shipping email used)
Damaged items must be returned to PKV before a refund is issued.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. All original items must be included in the package (charms, grip base, case piece,etc)
NON-REFUNDABLE & RETURN RESTRICTIONS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect shipping address deliveries
Normal wear, use damage, or mishandling after delivery
Color/size perception differences that were already visible in product photos and descriptions.
RETURN AND REFUND TIMEFRAME
Returns are not accepted after 10 days from the original purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after 10 days of purchase will be declined.
